In the trying times of COVID the entertainment business has taken a hit with all shows that were planned and set to go being cancelled or postponed. Artists and musicians alike got creative for their fans to be able to have live music in their lives again. One of those artists is Lumsden Saskatchewan's very own, Justin LaBrash. He had hit the road this summer and early fall with North America's first drive-in tour, the #driveinsask tour with his band True North.

Over the summer months, LaBrash and his band entertained more than 3,000 people over his historic 12 shows throughout Saskatchewan. All while along the way helping out over a dozen charities raise funds during these trying times.  Friday, the big tour wrapped up in Regina Beach and kicked off the 100th Birthday Celebrations for the town of Regina Beach. The grand finale show was a record-breaking one at that! With a total of 230 cars, trucks, vans, and even golf carts in attendance surpassing the previous record set by CCMA and Juno award-winning country artist, Brett Kissel. LaBrash and his band True North put on a 90-minute-high energy show and ended off the show with fireworks set to his last song.

The Grand Finale show is also a big one for Justin as the performance of the last show will also be made into his first live recorded album. In addition to the live album, the whole performance was filmed and will be made into a live concert movie with details to be released in the coming months.
