The police report from the Moose Jaw Police Service.  You know it used to be reserved for the media and we'd have to actually go to the police station to see it.

The police now share the report daily via Twitter.  So, the latest report tells us about a couple of minor traffic collisions and an arrest made for breaching a court order and then this:

"1320 hours – 1100 blk Connaught Av – Mischief – Complainant called in regards to their recycling bin being pushed on the sidewalk so that someone could park in the spot where it was originally. Recycling was not picked up as a result..."

I knew this was going to happen.

The local cops also sharing this:

"1446 hours – 100 blk Hochelaga St W – Disturbance – Adult subject throwing household goods from their vehicle onto the street. Subject had a flat tire while moving a family member and had to unload their trailer. Subject was simply frustrated."

No arrest, no charges, no penalty.  Just empathy from the local police service.  Now that, my friends, is what they call community policing.
