At Christmas everytime you or someone does a small act of kindness it warms the heart. And That's just what the album Sending Heart Shaped Snowflakes For Christmas is about. Featuring 16 original songs done by various artists. The album  “Sending Heart-Shaped Snowflakes” and all the proceeds of these songs are going to specific charities.  The project was put together by Doug Sylvester.  For more about the album click here.
