So many wonderful women - people making a real difference - enhancing the quality of life for all in the community of Moose Jaw.

The annual PRISM Awards were dished up on the weekend.  PRISM - an acronym for "Perseverance, Role Model, Influential, Successful, Mentor."

Nominated in the Lifetime Achievement category, local businesswoman Vicki Watson wrote a nice piece on social media yesterday, offering congratulations to the winners and the nominees.  She wrote, "...I am reminded of how lucky we are to have such a close community."  Hear, hear, Vicki.

It was the way Vicki started her Facebook post that I found most remarkable.  She said, "Had a great night out at the PRISM Awards with my family and teammates..."

That, right there, tells me why Vicki has had success in business.  She refers to her employees as "teammates".
