Moose Jaw Police responded to 17 calls for service.

11:23 am – Theft Under – A complainant noticed that their extension cord was removed from their vehicle which was plugged in, in the parking lot. The loss is estimated at $10, and this was reported for information purposes.

12:33 pm – Assistance to Sick Person – Police along with a PACT member assisted a subject in getting a required medical assessment.

3:15 pm – Assistance to Sick Person – Police along with a PACT member spoke at length with a subject regarding several things and established a safety plan. The PACT member is to follow up with the subject tomorrow for further assistance.

3:17 pm – Shoplifting – There was a report of a person stealing some merchandise and then fleeing the scene when approached by the Loss Prevention Officer. The matter is still under investigation to view video footage and identify the subject.

5:05 pm – Theft from Vehicle – Sometime over the past week two vehicles were entered with miscellaneous items taken. There was no damage to the vehicles, and this was reported for information purposes.

6:05 pm – Mischief – A vehicle received minor scratches after one driver opened their door too wide and hit the vehicle. The complainant attended Moose Jaw Police to speak to police about the incident but decided they didn’t want police to do any further investigation into the incident.

6:39 pm – Police assisted EMS with a patient.

8:49 pm – Theft of Auto – Sometime over the weekend a vehicle was stolen. Taken was a black Harley Davidson Edition 2007 Ford F350 crew cab truck bearing Saskatchewan plate GOOFY2. The stolen auto form was signed and the vehicle was added to the Canada-wide system.

8:57 pm – Assault – The complainant provided a statement regarding an assault. A warrant was drawn up for assault and uttering threats.

9:02 pm – A dispute between two parties took place over Facebook messages. Police spoke to both parties involved and advised them to stop all contact. One party was warned for their comments.

4:21 am – During a routine traffic patrol a vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be suspended and in breach of a court ordered curfew condition. The subject was charged with breach undertaking.

Police executed one warrant.
