According to a Facebook video, RuBarb Productions has been given an extension with the Cultural Centre.

Artistic Director Evie Koop-Sawatzky of the theatre production company took to social media last night to announce that the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre held a board meeting and decided to extend RuBarb's residence until the end of September.

Previously the theatre group was evicted and asked to be out of the building by the end of June; however, with three upcoming productions and a number of summer events, the Cultural Centre decided it would be too difficult for RuBarb to find a new building in the short time, so an extension was necessary.

RuBarb is currently hosting a GoFundMe campaign looking to raise funds to help with moving costs. They have raised just under $4,000 since the start of June.
