The Ride's On Us is back - free city transit will run extended hours for New Years Eve. The "Ride's On Us" campaign, sponsored in part by SGI, sees buses run from 7:15 to around 2:30 in the morning.
"SGI's been sponsoring this program since 1989," explained Mark Sture, Transit Manager for Moose Jaw. "It's a good opportunity for people to get out, enjoy themselves, and get home safely."
Sture also adds that you may bring sealed alchohol on the bus, but drinking on the bus is strictly prohibited.
About 200 people took advantage of the service last New Year's Eve.
