Two people are dead after a pair of collisions overnight in Saskatchewan.

The first was around 8 o'clock Sunday night near Avonhurst, northeast of Regina.  A 64 year old man from Fort Qu'Appelle died when the vehicle he was driving left the road and rolled.  Four other people in the vehicle were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Then at 10 o'clock, RCMP rushed to Stewart Valley, north of Swift Current for a single vehicle accident.  A cattle semi crashed, killing the 69 year old driver as well as 40 head of cattle. The driver was transported by EMS to meet STARS but died before he could be transported.

The cause is still under investigation in both cases.
