A Moose Jaw man is facing a charge of voyeurism following an incident that took place in Regina. 

The Regina Police Service was notified of a man who entered a bathroom and shower facility on the 200 block of Assiniboine Avenue in Regina and used his phone to record another man exiting the shower. 

An investigation by police led the arrest of 63-year-old Kevin Michael Maloughney of Moose Jaw. He has been charged with one count of voyeurism. 

Maloughney is scheduled to make his first appearance in Provincial Court on June 25.
