As the size of public and private gatherings slowly increase, the opportunity to hold fundraisers slowly increases as well.

The Moose Jaw Kinsmen Club has started up their fan-favorite Chase The Ace once again.

Moose Jaw Kinsmen Club media relations representative, Cory Olafson.

"Chase the Ace is a draw we have every Wednesday at Cask 82. Tickets are $10 apiece and we draw one winning ticket from the night, and the winning ticket gets to cut the deck of cards. When the person cuts the deck, if they cut the ace of spades they get the growing jackpot, which is a progressive jackpot they add to every week."

Just last December, a local couple won over $33,000 from the contest, and in 2018 a Moose Javian won over $42,000.

"It's probably our steadiest fundraiser now that's up and running. It's really good for us to have that going again so we have some money coming in. We still have some obligations that we are paying money out for, so things are starting to return to normal."

Chase the Ace takes place every Wednesday from 5-7 at Cask 82.
