An Archerwill man was found guilty of an occupational health and safety violation that resulted in a serious injury to a worker.

In Sept. 2016, a grader backed over a truck, which was pushed over the worker.

Estevan provincial court in February found Kenneth Allgrove guilty of one count under provincial health and safety legislation. Allgrove has been ordered to pay a $2,000 fine with an $800 surcharge.
