The Moose Jaw Police Service had to use their K9 unit on Tuesday, after an armed robbery on High Street.

At approximately 11pm, they received a call from the victim saying that a man had approached them with a knife and demanding money. The suspect then fled the scene.

Patrol officers were able to block off the area and used their K9 unit to track the suspect into an apartment building, where he was subsequently arrested.

The suspect appeared in court this morning and is facing charges of armed robbery.
