Now is the time of year when we start to think about how we can help others as we get into the season of giving.

The Better Together Food Drive in Moose Jaw has become a bit of a tradition in the city, and as Karen MacNaughton explains, they're in need of volunteers once again.

"We would love to have as many volunteers as possible. It usually works best if we can have about 450 people. Church groups, sports teams, offices teams or anyone willing to lend a hand."

MacNaughton explains that they've had great results especially in recent years.

"The generosity of the people of Moose Jaw never ceases to amaze me. The past few years have been amazing."

The Food Bank in Moose Jaw serves about 1 quarter of the population in Moose Jaw every year.
