One and all is invited to participate in an event hosted by the Wakamow Aboriginal Community Association tonight.

It's the 4th annual Round Dance taking place tonight at Prince Arthur School in Moose Jaw, that will start with a pipe ceremony.

The Round Dance is a way for people to get together and celebrate life through a spiritual way, and learn more about this tradition.

"As First Nations people we believe that life continues," Jeff Cappo, MC of the event, explained. "We always go in that circle so there is no ending to our way of life, our generation that come before us and could be here long after we leave. There is no ending to the circle, so it just continues, that's how we see ourselves as Indigenous people."

The event starts at 5 pm, and there will be a late lunch and a giveaway. Attendees will also be able to join in the round dance starting at 7 pm for anyone interested.
