The Saskatchewan Roughriders have finally locked up their second overall pick.

Saskatchewan finalized their roster on Saturday following their preseason finale on Friday in Vancouver. After that on Sunday, Saskatchewan inked national linebacker Cameron Judge, who was selected by the team with the second pick in the 2017 CFL Draft.

Judge missed the Riders’ training camp as he finished up final exams and attended graduation at UCLA.

The 22-year-old California product spent four seasons with the UCLA Bears, he played in 47 collegiate games, picking up 46 defensive tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble and one interception.

Judge hit the field with the Riders for the first time on Monday at Mosaic Stadium. The team opens the regular season on Thursday in Montreal.
