Everything is going according to plan. That from the provincial government as the first quarter finances have been released.

Finance Minister Kevin Doherty reported that the first quarter is on track with the projected deficit in the budget at $684.7 million dollars, the revenue is up .3%, or $42 million, and total expense is up .6%, or $82 million dollars.

The government made sure to highlight the fact that Saskatchewan is 3rd in Canada in manufacturing sales growth, average weekly earnings, and population, while 2nd in new motor vehicle sales.

Overall the Sask Party says they are on track with what was predicted, and are happy with the first quarter report.
