Police and Fire Report for July 9-10

Police responded to 44 calls for service. 

7:00 am – Trespass – The subject left prior to police arrival.  The subject was to be banned from the property. 

9:50 am – Obstruct Peace Officer - The vehicle was later located, the subject was charged, and the vehicle was seized for 30 days. 

11:45 am – Barking Dog – The homeowner was warned regarding the Bylaw. 

11:56 am – Parking Complaint – The tires were marked.  The owner will move the vehicle. 

12:21 pm – Trespass – The subject was warned not to attend back to the property. 

2:22 pm – Harassing Communication - The subject was warned for unwanted communication. 

3:00 pm – Break and Enter - Tools and jewelry were stolen. 

3:06 pm – Parking Complaint - The owner will move the vehicle. 

5:42 pm – Erratic Driving – The driver was spoken to and warned regarding their driving actions. 

6:13 pm – Theft of Doors - This is still under investigation. 

9:12 pm – Vehicle vs Pedestrian Accident – The subject was taken to the hospital.  This is still under investigation for charges. 

9:24 pm – Unwanted Guest – The subject was warned not to attend or the subject will be charged. 

10:24 pm – Motor Vehicle Accident - Two vehicles were towed.  One injured individual was transported to hospital by EMS.  Approximately $30,000 of damage was done. 

12:03 am – Unwanted Guest – The subject was arrested and charged with assault. 

12:33 am – Assault - This is still under investigation. 

12:35 am – Theft Under – This is still under investigation. 

1:45 am – Mischief – The subject was charged for damaging property.  

2:01 am – Intoxicated Person – The subject was taken to a family member and was left in their care. 

5:05 am – Unwanted Guest – The subject was sent on his way.
