Moose Jaw Police responded to 34 calls for service.
7:30 am – Suspicious Vehicle – A vehicle was parked almost in the middle of the road. The person blew a pass on an ASD and was just waiting for a friend.
10:33 am – Disturbance – A person etched into dirt on vehicle “nice parking”. The owner was advised to wash their vehicle and that this is not a police matter.
11:31 am – Theft – (800 Blk 8th Ave NW) – A vehicle was broken into overnight. Items were taken, and this is still under investigation.
11:39 am - Bike Theft – (600 Blk Grandview St W) – A bike with a black frame with green, Viking trail hyper bike was stolen. This is still under investigation.
12:42 pm – Dispute – This took place between neighbours. This is an ongoing dispute. The situation was mediated.
1:33 pm – Theft – (900 Blk Hastings St) – A vehicle was broken into. Items were taken, and this is still under investigation.
2:17 pm – Break and Enter – (700 Blk Vaughan St) – Sometime since Friday a house was entered and items were taken. This is still under investigation.
3:24 pm – Dispute – This took place between two parties. One party left, and the situation was mediated.
3:36 pm – Assault – One person was charged with assault.
4:52 pm – Disturbance – A group of individuals were jumping off the bridge in Wakamow into the water. They were sent on their way.
5:30 pm – Dispute – This took place at a business regarding a reported over charge. The situation was mediated. The parties were sent on their way.
5:58 pm – Trespass – One person was arrested for public intoxication and was held in cells until sober.
6:53 pm – Wellbeing Check – The person was located and was doing fine. No concerns were reported.
7:23 pm – MVA – This involved a single vehicle resulting in approximately $10,000 of damage, 1 tow, and no injuries.
8:34 pm – Drugs – Found – This was seized for destruction.
10:46 pm – Suspicious Person – This person was located and warned for their behaviour.
2:28 am – Driving Impaired – The subject was charged.
4:23 am – Dispute – One person was charged with numerous charges. One person was arrested and released on warrants.
