Moose Jaw Police responded to 43 calls for service.  

8:08 am – Theft Under – A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. This is still under investigation. 

9:48 am – Break and Enter – A house was broken into sometime in last few weeks. This is still under investigation. 

10:22 am – Threats – A subject was damaging decorations and making threats towards staff. This is still under investigation. 

11:17 am – Parking Bylaw – The owner was contacted. 

11:23 am – Fraud – A sweepstakes scam was reported. This is still under investigation. 

12:04 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – A person was smoking in a car with a young person in a vehicle. A ticket was issued under the tobacco act. 

12:17 pm – MVA – A two vehicle accident resulted in one vehicle being towed. 

2:28 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was blocking a driveway. 

3:23 pm – Theft – A subject stole lottery tickets. Video was obtained, and this is still under investigation. 

3:24 pm – Break and Enter – A house was entered sometime today. This is still under investigation. 

4:47 pm – Well Being Check – The subject was located and was fine. 

5:08 pm – Dispute – Police attended and the situation was mediated. 

10:39 pm – Mischief – A vehicle was egged. There was no damage, and this is still under investigation. 

12:16 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked on a curb. The owner was contacted and the vehicle was moved.  12:45 am – Curfew Check – The subject was not home and was to be charged with breach of conditions. 

1:16 am – Driving Impaired – The vehicle and driver were located, and the subject was arrested for impaired driving.  The individual was charged with refusal, and the vehicle was seized for 30 days. 

Police responded to two 911 calls. 
Police assisted other agencies in two cases. 
Police charged three with breaches of orders. 
Police charged eight with failures to appear in court.
