Moose Jaw Police responded to 54 calls for service.

9:00 am – Mischief – A vehicle was egged sometime overnight.

9:32 am – Theft – Sometime over the weekend a Honda generator was taken.  It is to be added to the database as stolen.

10:05 am – Assault – This occurred over the weekend.  Statements were obtained, and Police continue to investigate.

10:11 am – Theft – Sometime overnight a vehicle was entered. A wallet was taken and was discarded close by.  Neighborhood security cameras obtained video and Police are to view the footage.

10:49 am – Theft – Over the last few months money has gone missing.  Police are to speak with the suspect.

1:01 pm – Theft – A subject was caught shoplifting and was charged and released for court at a later date.

1:31 pm – Hit & Run – A building was backed into by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle did not exchange information.  Police continue to investigate.

2:25 pm – Mischief – A subject spray painted an electrical box.  Minor damage was done and the paint can be washed off.

3:17 pm – Theft – A wallet is missing.  Police are to speak with the complainant.

3:30 pm – Hit & Run – This occurred June 30, causing approximately $1500 of damage to the driver’s side front fender.

3:48 pm – Erratic Driving – A plate number and vehicle description were obtained.  Police are investigating to speak with the registered owner.

4:53 pm – Hit & Run – This occurred July 1, causing approximately $1500 of damage to the driver’s side back bumper.

5:51 pm – Dispute – A custody dispute was mediated.

8:28 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject not welcome at a residence was knocking on the door.  All parties were spoken to, and the subject was trying to get a message to a family member.  This was mediated by Police.

9:49 pm – Vehicle Seizure – A subject was riding a mini bike on a city street.  The subject was issued two tickets and the mini bike was seized for 30 days.

10:03 pm – Assist to Locate – A subject was not seen since this morning and did not return for supper.  Several locations were checked; however, the subject was not located.  This is to be passed on to day shift.

12:45 am – Breach Court Order – A subject was not home for their court ordered curfew and is to be charged.

Police responded to two parking bylaw infractions.
Police executed two warrants.

Police assisted one other agency.

Police responded to three alarm calls.
