Moose Jaw Police responded to 52 calls for service.

8:39 am - 0 block Fairford St W - Breach Court Order - Bail supervisors reported that three adults failed to abide by their court ordered conditions. Warrants were issued.

1:40 pm - 200 block Mulberry Lane - Assist Elderly Person -  A subject was short of breath  and was transported to hospital by EMS.

2:08 pm 400 - block Diefenbaker Dr - Well Being Check – There was concern for an adult; the subject was located and the family was notified.

2:14 pm - 100 block Ominica St W - Unwanted Guest – A local business called about an intoxicated subject when police arrived. The subject was not intoxicated and left upon police request.

3:38 pm - Thatcher Drive W at Main St N -  Motor Vehicle Collision – A two-vehicle collision resulted in an estimated $10,000 of damage. One subject was charged with failing to yield to a vehicle turning left. No injuries occurred.

4:49 pm - 100 North Service Rd – Dispute - Two subjects were having a verbal argument.  One subject left upon police arrival and the other left for the night.

5:26 pm - 100 block Montgomery St -  City After Hours – A subject called in with a complaint of no water. City workers were called and attended to a water main break.

5:36 pm - Alder Ave at Oxford East – Collision - Police were called out to a two-vehicle collision resulting in $2000 of damage.  No injuries occurred. One subject was charged with proceeding from a stop sign before safe.

5:39 pm - 900 block Coteau St E- Found Property – A cell phone was found.  The owner was located and came in to pick up the phone.

6:29 pm - 1st Ave NW and Athabasca ST W – Collision – There was a two-vehicle collision involving a City Transit bus, which resulted in $10,000 of damage. No injuries occurred and one driver was charged with disobeying a red traffic light.

7:10 pm - 1100 block Henleaze Ave - Break and Enter – A front door was kicked in.  Narcotics and cash were stolen.  Police are still investigating.

7:20 pm - 300 block High St W- Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was left on the street for 4 days without moving. Police attended and marked the vehicle tires and left a message with the owner that if it’s not moved within 72 hours it will be towed.

8:02 pm - 1100 block Iroquois St W - Well Being Check – A subject was located and is in good health.

8:42 pm - Blue Sage Drive - City After Hours Call Outs – A subject called of water coming into his rec room. City Workers were notified and dealt with the situation.

9:39 pm - 1300 13th AVE SW - Assist to Locate – A subject was not home for house curfew. The individual was located in fine health and brought home.

10:10 pm - 400 block Athabasca St E - Unwanted Guest - Police were called to remove a subject from a residence.  The subject was turned over to social services for assistance.

11:46 pm - 800 block 7TH Ave NE – Dispute - Police attended a verbal dispute between two adults.  The situation was mediated and one subject was removed from the residence for the evening.
