Moose Jaw Police responded to 48 calls for service.

8:16 am – 100 block Athabasca St E – Break and Enter – A building was entered.  A saw was taken and approximately $500 of damage was done to the doors and windows.

8:54 am – 1300 block 11th Ave SW – Disturbance – A subject was reported to be acting out.  The individual was charged with assaulting a police officer and was held in cells for court in the morning.

12:16 pm – 1000 block Alder Ave – Hit & Run – A complainant’s vehicle was struck in the front bumper, causing approximately $1000 of damage.

12:36 pm – 1100 block Coteau St W – Hit & Run – Approximately $1500 of damage was done to the passenger side front fender of a complainant’s vehicle.

1:17 pm – 1000 block Coteau St W – Theft – Cigarettes were stolen.  Police are still investigating to take a statement.

2:09 pm – 1000 block Normandy Dr – Theft from Vehicle – Two vehicles were entered.  A laptop, a purse and other items were taken and a stolen credit card was then used.  This is still under investigation.

2:23 pm – 500 block Thatcher Dr E – Theft - $130 was lost in a scam where a suspect exchanged money for larger bills.  This is still under investigation to obtain video surveillance.

3:00 pm – 1000 block 5th Ave NE – Theft – Approximately $60 worth of gasoline was siphoned from two vehicles and a $20 gas can was taken.

4:09 pm – 0 block Thatcher Dr E – Erratic Driving – Police are to speak to the owner about the driving actions.

5:02 pm – 1400 block Glendale St – Dispute – A physical altercation was mediated. One party was warned for their actions.

9:14 pm – 0 block Thatcher Dr E – Erratic Driving – A subject was given a ride home.  An SGI license review is to be done.

9:54 pm – 300 block River Park Dr – Collision – A single vehicle collision resulted in no injuries, approximately $4000 of damage and the vehicle being towed from the scene.

10:32 pm – Lillooet St W at 9th Ave SW – Driving Erratic – A subject was warned for their driving actions after a report of a possible impaired driver was received by police.  The subject was sober.

1:15 am – 0 block Lillooet St W – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – A person was charged with breaching court ordered conditions to abstain from use of alcohol.  The file is still under investigation.

Police issued eight warrants for failures to attend court.
Police executed two warrants.
