Moose Jaw Police responded to 51 calls for service.

8:13 am – Mischief – A subject broke the front door down on an apartment.  This is still under investigation.

8:29 am – Theft – Commercial equipment was stolen overnight and was recovered. This is still under investigation.

10:14 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked in an alley blocking a garage.  The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

11:52 am – Break and Enter – A garage door had been kicked in on a residence.  It is unknown what was taken.  This is still under investigation.

1:06 pm – Hit and Run – A vehicle was hit and the other party drove away. 

4:01 pm – Fraud – A person was trying to purchase a vehicle using a fraudulent cheque.  This is still under investigation.

7:03 pm – Driving Dangerous – Many vehicles were spotted racing in a parking lot.  All parties were gone upon police arrival.

9:46 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – A group of youth were fighting behind a business.  The crowd was broken up and sent on their way.

10:18 pm – Hit and Run – A truck sped down a residential street and hit a car.  The occupants fled on foot.  This is still under investigation.

1:30 am – Unwanted Guest – A complainant wanted the guest to leave the apartment but the guest refused.  When officers attended he was willing to leave but had been drinking so was given a ride home.

Police responded to five 911 calls.
Police assisted other agencies in four cases.
Police responded to one alarm call.
Police executed two warrants.
PACT responded on six occasions.
