Moose Jaw Police responded to 44 calls for service.

7:47 am – Dispute between Neighbours – This is an ongoing issue.  Advice was given for future problems.

8:41 am – Mischief to Property – An unknown person spray painted a residence and sidewalk. 

12:56 pm – Shoplifter – Milk was stolen from a store.  The subject took off on foot.  Police are still investigating.

2:12 pm – Mischief to Vehicle – Approximately $10,000 of damage was done to a vehicle while parked in a lot.  The vehicle had been punched and keyed.

4:12 pm – Missing Person – A child was located on a sidewalk and was reunited with their grandmother shortly after.

4:49 pm – Assault – One subject was charged.

5:39 pm – Mischief to Vehicle – Approximately $500 of damage was done to the hood of a car.

5:45 pm – Wellbeing Check – A 90 year old was checked on and was fine.

7:24 pm – Possession of Stolen Property – One person was charged.

8:24 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject had been banned from the premises. They were gone on police arrival.

8:40 pm – Assist Mental Health – A subject was transported to hospital voluntarily and was left in the care of staff.

10:03 pm – Evade Police – The vehicle was located later, abandoned.  It was towed to Walkers.

10:30 pm – Intoxicated Person in Public – An unknown person was detained until sober.

10:42 pm – Report of Gunshots – This was fireworks. The remnants were located, but police were unable to locate the person responsible.

10:58 pm – Vehicle Hit Bleachers – The subject was charged with stunting.

11:45 pm – Unwanted Guest – Police spoke with the subject, who was cooperative and left in a taxi.

11:47 pm – Noise Complaint – A person was using a pressure washer and was warned of the bylaw.  They shut it down for the night.

2:26 am – Noise Complaint – No noise was heard on police arrival.  Two people were talking.
