It's the Saskatchewan day long weekend - and we want to help you celebrate by acknowledging what makes our province so special.

Did you know a contest was responsible for the design of our flag? Read more about it HERE

Two types of people live here... Rider Fans and non-rider fans.

Don't say you cheer for the Bombers. You'll be wearing a watermelon as a helmet in no time.

They aren't called “hoodies or sweaters” ...They're "bunny hugs"!!

We get weird looks if we say that anywhere else in the world.

We have over 100,000 lakes and rivers.

12% of the province is water... Not all flat prairie land, here!

Need a pick me up? Go for a walk... and at least 3 strangers are guaranteed to smile at you.

Saskatchewan is known for its friendly people — and we know it’s true!

Shorts season is any day over +5 degrees.

We acclimatize much quicker than other provinces... Well, most of us.

The province that lives up to its slogan...

Land of the living skies.

We still don't entirely understand daylight savings time...

Not worth the hassle.

And of course... We're home to the world's largest moose!

We love you, Mac!
