The Kinsmen Cafe, which is run by Moose Jaw Families for Change, is offering a new frozen meal program for residents looking to save themselves some cooking and buy a homemade meal.

Program Coordinator for Moose Jaw Families for Change, Mariah Horsnall, explains how the program works.

"It's $8 per meal, or you can purchase 10 for $80 and you get free delivery and a free meal on top. We have a March promotion as well that includes six homemade cinnamon buns or six dinner rolls with the purchase of 10 meals."

The meals offered change each week, so there's sure to be something to suit anyone's fancy.

"There are things like cabbage rolls, perogies, sausages, turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, lasagna. Every meal comes withs with a protein, starch, and vegetables, and they come in microwavable containers."

To order your meal, you can give them a call at 306-693-2271, or message the Kinsmen Cafe or Moose Jaw Families for Change on Facebook.
