While some stations made the slow, gradual increase over the last few weeks, others made the jump all at once as gas prices continue to fluctuate across the province.

Very few stations are still down at $1.08 per litre with most now posting a price of $1.18. Senior Petroleum Analysts with GasBuddy.com, Dan McTaegue says those higher prices won't be able to hold for much longer.

He expects the price to drop due to refineries switching from winter to summer gasoline.
