COVID-19 Outbreaks Declared at Two Moose Jaw Businesses

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has declared two more COVID-19 outbreaks in Moose Jaw.

Workplace outbreaks were declared at Simpson Seeds and Gibson Energy's Moose Jaw refinery on Tuesday. The date the outbreak is declared is not necessarily the date of the positive tests.

An outbreak is declared when two or more people test positive for COVID-19 in a non-household setting and does not necessarily indicate a risk to the general public.

These are the fifth and sixth ongoing outbreaks here in Moose Jaw along with the CP Railyard, Accent Massage & Hairstyling, Main Street Strength and Conditioning, and Cornerstone Christian School.
