The warm temperatures have been blown out of the Friendly City this weekend as we can expect some colder temperatures then we've been experiencing over the past few weeks.

Saturday we're only suppose to get up to nine degrees, and that's combined with a strong gusty North wind, which will hit as high as 70 km/hr during the day.

It's not as bad as what's happening in the Southeast portion of the province however, travel is not recommended in the Yorkton, Caryle and Weyburn areas after a blizzard moved into the area overnight, causing zero visiblity, drifting snow as well as icy and slippery sections.

The Trans-Canada from Sintaluta, just east of Indian Head, to the Manitoba Border due to the same conditions and semi's blocking both lanes.

Things around Moose Jaw are suppose to get better by Sunday and back to a high of 18 degrees for Monday.  Click here for your five-day forecast.
