As Christmas gets closer and closer, more businesses are putting up their Christmas decorations, but one bank in Moose Jaw is asking the community to help decorate their branch.

This year, our local Bank of Montreal is decorating their tree with socks, toques, and mittens filled with toys, toiletries, and other donations for boys and girls, and they plan to distribute it all to various local charities across Moose Jaw.

"We all decided it's about giving back and this is the perfect idea, it's always good to give to kids," explained BMO's Cori Storozuk. "I just welcome anyone in the community to come out and support our local charities."

Residents who would like to get involved with the donation can do the same as all the staff members at the bank did. Fill any of the above-mentioned things and give them to the staff to be hung on the tree before they donate it before Christmas.

Any local charities in Moose Jaw that need donations for kids should contact the bank, as they are open to distributing the all they've collected to multiple organizations.
