1 death related to COVID-19 was reported today.

73 new positive cases were also reported along with 121 recoveries.

11 of the new cases are in the south-central zone, north-central has 13, Saskatoon has 11, Regina and the southeast zone both have 10 cases each, central-east has 4 of the new cases, the northwest has 3, southwest has 2, the far northeast has 1, and there are 8 cases with pending residence information.

In total, there are 998 active cases in the province.

152 people are being treated in hospitals. 117 of them are receiving inpatient care and 35 people are in the ICU. 71% of those people in hospitals are not fully vaccinated.

There are 8 Saskatchewan residents receiving intensive care in Ontario. They are not included in today's case count

The 7-day average of new COVID-19 case numbers was 105.
