In the summer months you can smell BBQ food in the air all over Moose Jaw, in the winter (for obvious reasons) that smell seems to go away.  Are you a winter griller??  Here are some tips for BBQing in the coooold!

1 - Ski Mitts are NOT BBQ Mitts, no one wants melted glove on their grill!

2 - Open the lid as little as possible, when it's -20 it doesn't take long for the heat of the grill to go away.

3 - Tuck your scarf into your coat, it won't look very good if it catches on fire ;)

4 - Make sure you shovel a path from the BBQ to the house, BBQ'd steak won't be the same if you slip and drop it in the snow!
