They see the photos and hi-lites online and they ask, "Where are the people?"

They are folks from near and far who follow our Moose Jaw Warriors.  They see a lot of empty seats at Mosaic Place where our team plays its home games.  The folks who run our hockey club tell me it's not a big concern - corporate support and season ticket sales are healthy so our community-owned hockey club is in stable financial condition.

But, many wonder what it takes to get more fans out.  The Warriors have iced one of the most exciting teams we've ever pulled for.  They're in 1st place with 40 wins in 52 games.  We have the WHL's top point producer in Brayden Burke and the top goal scorer in Jayden Halbgewachs.

I tell those who wonder that we built that arena for the future.  It seats about 4500 for hockey games.  So, to pack the place, we're asking about 13% of the local population to attend.  That's a big number.

Oh, and I also tell them not to worry...and to buy some tickets for the next home game!
