Closed highways around Moose Jaw have now reopened after Saturday's snowstorm, but there are still areas where travel is not recommended.

Highways 2, 42, 202, and 301 continue to be travel not recommended north of the city.

Meanwhile, Highway 1 from Mortlach to east of Belle Plaine has icy or slippery sections, swirling snow, drifting snow and reduced visibility. Highway 1 from Mortlach to Swift Current is travel not recommended. Highway 1 from the Junction of Highway 6 to Regina remains closed. Highway 39 just east of Moose Jaw is travel not recommended.

South of Moose Jaw, Highway 2 is ice covered with swirling snow, drifting snow and reduced visibility. Travel is still not recommended for Highway 363.

Motorists should avoid traveling if possible. If you must head out, check the Saskatchewan Highway Hotline for the latest road conditions.
