A search warrant executed on a residence yesterday turned up drugs, weapons, and cash, and ended up with two people receiving charges. 

The warrant was executed on the 1200 block of 9th Avenue Northeast, with the Moose Jaw Police Service Criminal Investigation Section (CIS) and Tactical Response Team (TRT) finding cocaine and drug paraphernalia, bladed weapons, replica firearms, stolen property, and $1700 in Canadian currency. 

43-year-old Jason Carey and 28-year-old Teanika Trew-Gawley made their first court appearances this morning in Moose Jaw Provincial Court, facing charges including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking as well as other Criminal Code offences. 

The pair were remanded to the Regina Correctional Centre.
