Early Sunday morning Regina Police made a drug bust where they were able to hear the suspect before they could see him.

Just before 2AM, Police were on the corner of Arcola and Victoria Ave when they heard a loud scraping sound. They then saw a vehicle driving without tires on the front wheels and no front or rear lights.

Once pulled over, the driver refused to cooperate with Police, and during the search, a backpack containing drugs, cell phones, cash, and bear spray was found.

23-year-old Albert Martin is facing 9 charges including Impaired Driving and Carrying A Concealed Weapon. He appeared in court yesterday morning.
