Moose Jaw Police responded to 41 calls for service.

8:57 am – Driving Erratic – There was a report of a vehicle being driven over the designated speed limit.  The driver was warned of their driving actions.

10:43 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked and blocking access to a work area.  The owner moved the vehicle.

10:43 am – Fraud – There was online fraud involving email.  This is still under investigation.

11:46 am – Landlord/Tenant Situation –The situation was mediated.

12:05 pm – Warrant Executed – A subject was arrested and subsequently released with a future court date.

12:14 pm – Harassing Calls – The subject will be warned of his actions.

12:52 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject was spitting on the floor and swearing at staff.  This is still under investigation.

1:40 pm – Noise Bylaw – A subject was warned of the noise bylaw.

3:08 pm – Threats Over Cigarettes – This is still under investigation for police to speak with the other party.

4:44 pm – Breach of Recognizance – An individual was charged with breach after leaving Detox early.

5:05 pm – Well Being Check – There was concern for the well-being of three kids out for a walk.  It was determined that one was old enough to supervise his siblings.  They were met by their parents.

5:54 pm – Noise Complaint – There were several individuals in vehicles making unnecessary noise by revving engines.  All persons were warned of their actions and left the area.

7:05 pm – Assault – A subject was charged with assault and was released with “no contact” conditions.

7:32 pm – Assist Elderly Person – An emergency distress button was accidently activated.

7:54 pm – Attempted Theft – Unknown individuals had obtained access to a vehicle but no items were missing.

10:02 pm – Attempted Theft – Unknown individuals attempted to steal a vehicle.

10:38 pm – Dispute – Subjects were advised it was a civil matter.

10:50 pm – Noise Bylaw – There was a loud party but all individuals had previously left the area prior to the arrival of police.

11:45 pm – Suspicious Vehicle – This was reported but it had left the area prior to arrival of police.

1:25 am – Disturbance – There was a complaint of someone pounding on a door and yelling. The individual had left the area prior to arrival of police.

1:47 am – Well Being Check – A check was conducted and the individual did not need any assistance.

2:09 am – Warrant Executed – The individual charged with Breach of Undertaking.  

Police assisted other agencies in six cases.
Police responded to nine 911 calls.
