She has worked remotely from home for over five years.  Her name is Jill Duffy.  She's sharing some tips with us on PCMag.com - a computer magazine.

In fact, she's sharing 20 tips in her article.

#1 is maintain regular hours and work-life balance.  She also says we need to set a morning routine and stick to it and set boundaries for those around us.

Duffy says it's also important to take regular breaks and to get out of the house for some fresh air from time to time.

Other recommendations include socializing with your colleagues and taking part in your remote meetings whenever possible.

It's also important to communicate and to keep your interactions with co-workers and business partners  positive.

And, she says, take advantage of your perks.  Duffy says, at least once a week, she bakes a loaf of bread.  Why?  Because, she says, "I work from home and I can."
