Charges have now been laid in the Prince Albert Amber Alert where it's believed 19-year-old Jared John Charles abducted an 8 year old girl from a playground Tuesday night.

Police charged the young man Wednesday with a long list of offences that include abduction, kidnapping, forcible confinement, sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.

The child was reported missing mid afternoon and was found a short time later. Her family say she is doing well considering the ordeal.
