Police and Fire Report for June 23-24

Moose Jaw Police responded to 45 calls for service.  

7:05 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked in a bus lane. The registered owner was contacted and will move the vehicle. 

8:22 am – Assist Locate – The subject was located and returned home. 

11:34 am – Fraud – A victim was out money after clicking a link that was sent. This is still under investigation. 

11:51 am – Parking Bylaw – The registered owner was contacted and moved the vehicle. 

2:06 pm – Trespass – The subject was located and sent on their way. 

2:38 pm – Well-being Check – The person was located and was doing fine. 

4:20 pm – Disturbance – Bullet casings were found and exhibited. 

5:04 pm – Dispute – The situation was mediated. Advice and resources were provided. 

5:14 pm – Assault – The subject was arrested and charged. The individual was held in cells. 

5:48 pm – Dispute – The situation was mediated, and the individuals will separate for the night. Advice was given. 

7:12 pm – Suspicious Vehicle – This was located and the occupants were doing nothing criminal. 

8:24 pm – 1000 block Stadacona St E – Break and Enter – A garage was entered and items were stolen. This is still under investigation. 

8:26 pm – Well-being Check – The subject was located and was just resting. All was ok. 

9:27 pm – 600 block Stadacona St E – A bike was stolen, and this is still under investigation. 

10:17 pm – Driving Erratic – This is still under investigation to contact the registered owner. 

10:19 pm – Dispute – The situation was mediated. 

10:26 pm – Unwanted Guest – The subject was located on warrants and was held in cells until sober. 

4:35 am – 0 block Fairford St E – Mischief – A vehicle window was smashed out. This is still under investigation. 

5:37 am – Unwanted Guest – They were sent on their way.
