Police and Fire Report for July 28-29

Moose Jaw Police responded to 58 calls for service.  

7:07 am – Mischief to Vehicle – Tires were slashed.  This is still under investigation. 

8:43 am – Recovered Stolen Property - This is still under investigation. 

9:00 am – Trespass - This is still under investigation. 

9:42 am – Mischief - Mischief was done to a vacant building.  The owner was contacted to secure it. 

10:17 am – Mischief to Vehicle - The window was smashed.  The vehicle was towed. 

2:25 pm – Possession of Stolen Property – Two subjects were charged with possession of property. 

5:24 pm – One subject was charged with possession of drugs. 

6:46 pm – Impaired Driver - One subject was charged with being impaired and refusal.  They were released for court at a later date. 

7:15 pm – Two Vehicle Accident - No injuries were reported. 

7:58 pm – Dispute – A dispute took place between neighbours.  Advice was given. 

8:21 pm – Disturbance – The parties were separated. 

8:18 pm – Dangerous Driving – The driver was spoken to and was warned regarding their driving actions. 

9:02 pm – Unwanted Guest - The subject left upon police request. 

9:07 pm – Dispute – This is still under investigation. 

9:53 pm – Dispute – The situation was mediated. 

10:17 pm – Noise Bylaw – One subject was warned with the Noise Bylaw. 

10:54 pm – Theft - There was an attempted theft from a vehicle. 

10:52 pm – Disturbance – The situation was mediated. 

11:51 pm – Assistance to Sick Person - The subject was located and is fine. 

12:43 am – Theft Under – A license plate was stolen off a vehicle. 

12:59 am – Loud Party – The homeowner was warned under the Noise Bylaw. 

1:36 am – Trespass – An unknown person entered the complainant’s yard. 

4:39 am - Assistance to Elderly Person – The subject was escorted home and family was contacted. 

5:39 am – Unwanted Guest – The subject left on police request.
