Moose Jaw Police responded to 59 calls for service.  

7:03 am – Assault – A victim was assaulted during the early morning hours while walking home.  They attended to the station and supplied a statement.  The situation is still under investigation. 

7:28 am – Mischief to Vehicle – A rock was thrown through the window of a vehicle.  A rock was still in the vehicle.  Nothing was stolen.  There were no suspects. 

8:59 am – Hit and Run to Vehicle – This was at an unknown time and location.  $200 of damage was done.  

9:05 am – Hit and Run to Vehicle – The suspect vehicle was a grey F150.  The passenger side mirror was dangling.  The driver appeared to be on a cell phone.  This is still under investigation to obtain video.    

9:41 am – MVA – A single vehicle hit a pole.  No injuries were reported, and there was $8000 of damage.  

10:04 am – Mischief – A window of a business was shot with a pellet gun.  $1500 of damage was done. There are no suspects at this time.    

10:12 am – Wellbeing Check - A person was concerned about a neighbour.  The neighbour was checked and was found to be fine.  

10:24 am – Wellbeing Check – A person appeared to be confused.  PACT was to follow up.  

10:30 am – Fraud - A complainant was a victim of a bank fraud scam.  This is still being investigated. 

1:15 pm – Damage - A customer burnt cigarette holes in the carpet.  

1:57 pm – Dispute at Business – One person was sent on their way.  

2:04 pm – Counterfeit Money – There was counterfeit US money turned in.  This was reported for information. 

3:23 pm – Wellbeing Check – A person in care did not wish to live there anymore.  Family will follow-up tomorrow with the doctor. 

4:27 pm – Erratic Driver – The registered owner was located and warned of their driving actions. 

5:13 pm – Trespass – A ticket was issued to a person trying to enter a building. 

5:43 pm – Shoplifting – Approximately $50 worth of merchandise was taken.  The incident is still being investigated to identify the suspect. 

7:54 pm – Unwanted Guest – A banned person was in a business.  The individual was gone prior to police arrival. 

8:13 pm – Landlord/Tenant Dispute – The situation was mediated.  

8:47 pm – Disturbance – A person was throwing belongings over a balcony.  The subject was having some mental health issues and said they would clean up the mess.  PACT was to follow-up with the person. 

9:14 pm – Mischief – The door was broken in an apartment.  The person was charged for mischief. 

10:32 pm – Wellbeing Check – A person with a medical issue was spoken to.  Advice was given.  PACT is to follow-up. 

11:19 pm – Assault - The complainant was spoken to and would not provide a statement.  

12:03 pm – Assault - One person was charged. 

Police responded to nine 911 calls. 
Police executed three warrants.
