Police and Fire Report for December 7-8

Moose Jaw Police responded to 39 calls for service.   

8:53 am – MVA – A two vehicle accident resulted in no injuries and one tow. Approximately $10,000 of damage resulted. One ticket was issued. 

8:58 am – Trespass – This is still under investigation to pick up a ban letter for the store. 

10:03 am - Hit and Run – The subject was charged for failing to report an accident. 

10:19 am - Break and Enter – A residence was broken into and items were stolen, valued at approximately $4000. This is still under investigation. 

11:01 am - Assist to Locate – The subject was located and transported back to her home. 

11:07 am – MVA - Four vehicles were involved. This resulted in $25,000 of damages. One tow resulted and one ticket was issued for driving too fast for road conditions. 

12:06 pm – Disturbance - Protestors were reported to be shouting racist comments. 

1:31 pm – Assault – A male assaulted another person. He was removed and banned from the address. 

2:15 pm – Assault – This is still under investigation. 

2:23 pm - Dispute – This took place between two individuals. The situation was mediated. 

3:10 pm - Driving Erratic – A subject was issued a warning for stunting. 

4:31 pm – Threats – This was reported for information purposes. 

4:34 pm - Theft Under – This is still under investigation to obtain video. 

5:45 pm - Well Being Check – Police spoke to the subject and he will make his way home. 

6:00 pm - Attempted Theft – The subject was under the influence and mistook his neighbor’s truck for his. 

6:45 pm – Dispute – A family dispute took place. The situation was mediated for the night. 

8:57 pm – Threats – An argument took place between two individuals. The situation was mediated. 

9:18 pm – Dispute – The subject was charged with causing a disturbance. They were held until sober. 

10:04 pm - Assist Ambulance – Police provided assistance to a sick person. 

12:11 am - Suspicious Vehicle – The subject was sleeping in the vehicle. All is fine and he will go home. 

12:31 am – Mischief – A subject was intoxicated and damaged property. The individual was charged with mischief and disturbance.
