Moose Jaw Police responded to 32 calls for service.

8:53 am – 0 block Fairford St W – Breach Court Order – Three adults failed to attend for fingerprints contrary to their court orders.

12:04 pm – 500 block Hochelaga St W – Dispute – Police are still investigating to warn the subject.

12:36 pm – 9th Av NE at Thatcher Dr E – Disturbance – Two adults were arguing in a parking lot, possibly getting ready to fight.  The subjects were arguing over a wig. The situation was mediated and the individuals were advised of civil options.

1:14 pm – 700 block Lillooet St W – Industrial Accident – Work place injuries were sustained.  The subject was transported to hospital.  Reports were taken.

2:14 pm – 1200 block Hochelaga St W – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was over parked and unregistered.  The owner arrived at the same time as the tow truck.  They paid the fee to the tow truck and registered the vehicle.

8:16 pm – 300 block Thatcher Dr E – Impaired Driving – This was unfounded. The adult was not impaired. The subject’s license was suspended and they called a friend to get a ride.

8:50 pm – 0 block Belmont Cr – Barking Dog – The owner was warned of the barking dog bylaw.

10:42 pm – 500 block Home St W – Erratic Driving – An adult was driving off road and got stuck.  The driver was warned.

12:30 am – 1200 block 9th Av NE – Breach Court Order – An adult was not home for court ordered curfew.  The individual was charged.

1:12 am – 1200 block 9th Av NE – Vehicle Seizure – An adult was driving a vehicle with no valid license.  The vehicle was seized for 30 days on behalf of SGI.

1:54 am – 8th Av NW at Fairford St W – ASD Demand – A roadside screening device was given to the driver.  The result was a Pass.

2:12 am – 0 block Fairford St W – Vehicle Seizure – An adult was driving a vehicle with no valid license.  The vehicle was seized for 30 days. 

2:29 am – 9th Av NW at 1 Hy W – Breach Court Order – An adult was found to be out past curfew and was intoxicated – all contrary to court orders.  The individual was held in cells until sober and was released for court at a later date.  They were also arrested on warrants and were issued a ticket for alcohol in public.
