Moose Jaw Police responded to 34 calls for service. 

9:36 am – Moose Jaw Police Service – Four warrants were issued for subjects failing to attend court, and one warrant was issued for a subject failing to attend fingerprinting.

10:35 am – 0 Block Jasmine Crt – Moose Jaw Police, along with the assistance of Yorkton RCMP, are investigating a report of threats.

11:20 am – 1200 Block Main St N – Hit and Run – A hit and run that occurred in a parking lot yesterday has been reported. The damage is estimated at $1,000. SGI forms were filled out.

12:04 am – 4th Ave NW at Laurier St – Erratic Driver – There was a report of an erratic driver with the plate number obtained. Police are still investigating to speak to the registered owner about their driving actions.

2:08 pm – 600 Block Aldersgate – Theft – There was theft of cash and a case of beer. The complainant only wanted the incident documented for information purposes.

2:21 pm – 500 Block Laurier St – A subject was advised to stop all contact with the complainant and was warned that continued unwanted contact could lead to charges.

2:52 pm – 0 Block Fairford St E – Intoxicated Person – A subject was located and left in the care of a sober caregiver.

3:30 pm – 100 Block Lillooet St W – Well Being Check – A subject was located in fine health. The complainant was advised of the findings and will follow up with the subject.

4:44 pm – 0 Block Diefenbaker Dr – Dispute – A dispute occurred between two parties. Police advised them that the dispute was a civil matter, but discussed options with the complainant.

8:46 pm – Assist to Locate – A subject sent a family member a message that they were in need of assistance. After a three-hour search the subject was located in fine health and advised police it was a prank. The individual was warned for their actions.

8:51 pm – 100 Block Lillooet St W – Dispute – A dispute occurred in the hallway of an apartment building. The tenant returned to apartment, and the intoxicated person was arrested for being drunk in public. The individual was brought to cells to be held until sober.

4:37 am – 0 Block Ross St W – Dispute – A verbal dispute occurred between two parties after the turkey they were cooking set off the fire alarm. The dispute was mediated by police, but the turkey was not salvageable.
