Moose Jaw Police responded to 49 calls for service.

10:15 am – 0 block River St W – Fraud – An adult left without paying for a meal. The subject is known, and police are still investigating.

10:17 am – 900 block Alder Ave – Wellbeing Check – Police were request to check on an adult. The subject was located, and all was okay.

12:23 pm – 300 block Duffield St W – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was left parked on the street since Saturday. The tires were marked. Residents are reminded that you may only leave your vehicle parked on a city street for 72 hours, and then it must be moved.

12:42 pm – 1000 block Stadacona St W – Breach Court Order – An adult was banging on the door of a residence they are not supposed to be at. The subject was warned.

12:52 pm – 800 block 6th Av NE – Erratic Driving – A vehicle was spraying gravel and speeding. The plate number was obtained and the driver was warned.

1:38 pm – 100 block Ominica St W – Fail to Attend Court – Six adults failed to appear in court as ordered. Warrants were issued.

4:39 pm – 0 block Caribou St E – Unwanted Guest – A relation keeps showing up unwanted. The complainant was given options.

7:05 pm – 1000 block Ominica St E – Assault – A youth struck another youth in the mouth. The complainant wished for a warning to be given.

8:00 pm – 1300 block Gordon Rd – Dispute – An adult was upset over custody issues with an ex. The individual was advised of the proper channels to use.

8:06 pm – 700 block Stadacona St E – Intoxicated Person – An adult was intoxicated and fell down, incurring a cut on the head. The individual went with EMS for stitches.

10:28 pm – 200 block MacDonald St – Barking Dog – The owner arrived home as police arrived. The dog was taken inside.  Dog owners are reminded that, as per city bylaws, a ticket may be issued if a dog is allowed to bark, whine or howl excessively.

11:48 pm – 500 block 9th Av SW – Impaired Driving – An adult was found to have been drinking and driving. The individual agreed to provide breath samples after failing a road side breath test. The subject’s breath samples exceeded .08, and the individual was charged with Impaired Driving, Exceed .08. Their vehicle was seized for 60 days and their license has been suspended indefinitely.

12:06 am – 0 block MacDonald St – Assault – An adult was punched by a co-worker. The subject is to be charged with assault.

3:09 am – 300 block River Park Dr – Wellbeing Check – Police were requested to check on a friend camping in the park. The individual was located and all was okay.

4:13 am – 1000 block Carleton St – Auto Theft – A blue 2006 Ford F150 with the license plate 727BWY was stolen. Police are still investigating.
