Moose Jaw Police received 60 calls for service.  

9:18 am – Police were called to locate an intoxicated person on the 400 block of Fairford Street E. The individual was located and held in cells until sober. 

9:50 am – Hit and Run reported on the 600 block of North Service Road. Complainant’s vehicle was hit by a truck sometime in the morning causing approximately $4000 in damage. The matter is still under investigation. 

11:12 am – Theft reported on the 200 block of Iron Bridge Drive. A vehicle was entered sometime overnight and personal belongings were taken. Approximately $250.00 in items were taken. The incident was reported for informational purposes. 

11:24 am – Theft reported on the 200 block of Iron Bridge. An unlocked vehicle was entered overnight, some loose change was taken and the vehicle was rummaged through. The incident was reported for informational purposes. 

12:04 pm – Mischief reported on the 1300 block of 7th Avenue SW. A lot of graffiti in the area, the city was notified and pictures were taken. The matter is still under investigation. 

2:14 pm – A purse was found on the 100 block of 1st Avenue NW. It was returned to the owner. 

4:23 pm – Hit and Run reported on the 600 block of Macdonald Street. Complainant’s vehicle was not drivable. Approximately $4000 in damages. The matter is still under investigation. 

6:25 pm - Reports of an irate person yelling at the complainant on the 800 block of Main Street N.  Police spoke with the person and warned them regarding their actions. 

6:35 pm - Reports of a person driving without a valid license on Lillooet Street W and 9th Avenue SW. The vehicle was located and the driver was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Vehicle seized for 30 days. 

6:57 pm – Erratic driving reported on Highway #1 and the North Service Road. Semi almost caused a collision, the driver was located and warned regarding driving actions. 

9:26 pm – Hit and Run reported on the 900 block of Main Street N. The incident occurred between 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm causing approximately $500 in damage. The matter is still under investigation.

Police charged 7 people for breach of court order.
Police attended to 4 parking bylaws.
Police executed 2 warrants.
