Police and Fire Report

9:23 am – MVA – A phone call was received about a non-reportable motor vehicle accident.

10:38 am – City After Hours – There was a report of water line break. The City was contacted.

12:48 am – Break and Enter – A garage was broken into overnight. Items were seized for possible prints. This is still under investigation.

1:40 pm – Hit & Run – A vehicle was damaged while parked at a business. This is still under investigation.

3:37 pm – Dog Barking – There was a report of a dog barking all day and night. The owner was warned under the Dog Bylaw.

5:22 pm – Found Property – Property was dropped off at a police station. The owner was contacted.

6:05 pm – Theft – Two persons were stealing from a business and causing a disturbance with staff and customers. Both were charged with theft and breach.

7:41 pm – Suspicious Person – There was a report of a suspicious person in the building. Everything was okay.

7:54 pm – Mischief – A window was smashed at a residence by a known subject. The person was to be charged for uttering threats and mischief.

8:26 pm – Theft of Auto – There was a report of a stolen vehicle from a resident’s house.

9:48 pm – Fraud – Debit cards were being used from a stolen wallet. This is still under investigation.

10:56 pm – MVA – A two vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred. One vehicle was towed and the other vehicle was seized. One person was charged with two counts under TSA.

11:42 pm – Suspicious Person – There was a report of a person sitting in a vehicle in a residential area. The individual was gone on arrival.

12:10 an – False 911 Call – Everything was okay.
