Moose Jaw Police responded to 32 calls for service. 

7:52 am – Suspicious Person – A subject was seen walking up and down the train tracks. Police located the subject and the individual was arrested for breach, trespassing and public intoxication.

9:01 am – Break and Enter – Sometime overnight a house was entered and belongings were taken. This is still under investigation.

9:12 am – Mischief – A house and vehicles were spray painted sometime overnight. This is still under investigation.

9:16 am – Noise Bylaw – Someone playing loud music outside was warned of the noise bylaw.

9:25 am – Disturbance – A subject in a public place was causing a scene. Police attended and banned the subject from the property.

12:13 pm – Mischief – A truck had been gone through sometime overnight and items were taken.

3:10 pm – Break and Enter – Sometime within the last couple days a shed outside a residence had been gone through and items were taken. This is still under investigation.

5:02 pm – Theft – A complainant’s backpack and wallet were taken from a vehicle while at a local business. This is still under investigation to obtain video footage.

6:51 pm – Assault – The victim attended the police station after being assaulted outside a local business. This is still under investigation to arrest the subject.

7:13 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – A complainant was concerned about a dog’s wellbeing while inside a vehicle. The owner was located and the dog was ok.

7:25 pm – MVA – Two vehicles were involved. Both required a tow and one ticket was issued for disobeying a stop sign. No injuries resulted.

7:29 pm – Dispute – A complainant had an encounter with a driver after being cut off. Both parties were talked to and the situation was mediated.

2:54 am – Theft – The complainant’s bike was taken from a residence sometime in the evening. This is still under investigation.

Police responded to two 911 calls.
Police executed three warrants.
