Moose Jaw Police responded to 58 calls for service.

11:32 am – Wellbeing Check – The subject didn’t show up for an appointment and the complainant was concerned for the wellbeing of the patient. Police got in contact with a family member and they had just missed the appointment.

12:15 pm – MVA – A two vehicle accident resulted in one minor injury and one tow. Approximately $15,000 in damage was done and one ticket was issued.

12:47 pm – Fraud – The complainant had a debit card stolen and transactions were made. Police are investigating to locate the suspect.

12:49 pm – Theft Under – A vehicle was entered and belongings were taken. This was reported for informational purposes.

1:02 pm – Theft Under – A vehicle was broken into sometime overnight and $500 worth of gas was siphoned. This is still under investigation.

1:19 pm – Hit and Run – This occurred sometime between June 8 and June 9. Approximately 8,000 in damage was done.

2:44 pm – Restraining Order – A complainant was seeking advice regarding a restraining order. Options were provided.

3:53 pm – Bike Theft – A bike was taken from a backyard a couple months ago. This was reported for informational purposes.

4:07 pm – Fraud – A complainant sent money to someone online and is now out approximately $20,000. This is still under investigation.

5:05 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject who was previously banned from a business had returned and was served another ban letter. The individual left upon police request.

5:49 pm – Theft of Auto – A complainant had a vehicle stolen sometime Tuesday morning. This is still under investigation to charge the suspect.

5:59 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle hadn’t been moved from a residential area in days. The tires were marked and police will check back in 48 hours.

6:17 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was blocking a driveway. The registered owner was contacted and moved the vehicle.

6:38 pm – Assault – Kids were shooting airsoft guns at each other. The kids have been warned and te situation was mediated.

8:55 pm – Dangerous Driving – A vehicle drove up on the sidewalk around barricades when told not to. Police are investigating to speak with the registered owner.

8:56 pm – Unwanted Guest – The subject was refusing to leave the residence. Police arrived and the subject left voluntarily.

9:20 pm – Parking Bylaw – A semi parked off a truck route. Police are investigating to speak with the registered owner.

9:31 pm – Suspicious Vehicle – A vehicle was parked with lights left on and had two different plates on it. The vehicle was not stolen and was parked legally.

10:17 pm – Lost Property – A complainant lost property while downtown and wished to report it for informational purposes.

11:56 pm – Dangerous Driving – A vehicle was seen driving all over the road and on the sidewalk. The area was searched and the vehicle was gone on police arrival. Police are investigating to speak with the registered owner.

1:17 am – Assault – A subject was seen walking out of a park having troubles walking. Police located the subject and the individual was taken to hospital by EMS. This is still under investigation.

2:36 am – Intoxicated Person – A subject was found in a parking lot hunched over a bike. The subject was held in cells until sober.

3:03 am – Unwanted Guest – A complainant and subject were having a dispute and was no longer wanted at a residence. Police mediated the situation.
